Because everything in the shop is sourced from different vendors and locations, shipping costs and lead times can vary.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns on some, but not all, products. To initiate or inquire about a return, please email info@shopgatesandco.com.
All artwork, ceramics, mirrors, rugs and items from The Barn are final sale. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Refunds
For items eligible for return: once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@shopgatesandco.com
Return Shipping
